Please read these terms before installing AMIS
Effective: May 14, 2025By installing, configuring, or using AMIS (AI Moderation Intelligence System) ("the App") on any Reddit subreddit, you ("the Moderator") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not install or use AMIS.
AMIS is a subreddit moderation assistance tool built on the Devvit platform and distributed through the Reddit App Directory. It uses AI-based classification to analyse posts in a subreddit's moderation queue, match them against subreddit policies, and provide recommendations to moderators. AMIS may also automatically take moderation actions when configured to do so by the moderator.
AMIS is provided as-is, free of charge, and is an independent project not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit Inc.

AMIS requires you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Voyage AI). By providing these keys:

You agree to use AMIS only for lawful subreddit moderation purposes. You must not:
AMIS includes an optional feature that automatically removes or approves posts when AI confidence exceeds a configured threshold. By enabling this feature:

In no event shall the developer's total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of AMIS in the twelve months preceding the claim.
AMIS is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. The source code is available at github.com/arunishshekhar/amis. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the MIT License.
You may stop using AMIS at any time by uninstalling it from your subreddit via Mod Tools. The developer reserves the right to discontinue AMIS or remove it from the Reddit App Directory at any time without notice. Upon termination, data stored in Devvit's KV Store remains subject to Reddit's data retention policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of AMIS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
